Greens: Try finely chopping and stir-frying with Oil and Garlic instead of boiling away all of the nutrients! Mix different kinds of greens together for an even more interesting and tasty dish!
Collard Greens $4/lb Southern favorite, deep flavor, high in nutrients.
Red Russian Kale $4/lb. Huge soft leaves, great for cooking, shredding and eating raw, or rough-chopping and making chips.
Toscano (aka Dinosaur or Lacinato) Kale: $4/lb The oldest form of Kale, known for it's dark color and deep flavor. Perfect for making kale chips or juicing.
Nash's Kale: $4/lb An heirloom variety of the traditional "curly" kale that is incredibly soft and perfect as a salad green.
Swiss Chard: $4/lb Rainbow variety, brightly colorful.

Romaine Lettuce: $3/head
Sunflower or Hong Vit Radish Microgreens,Corn Shoots, and Pea Tendrils! $3 sm (2 oz.) or $5 lg (5 oz.) the first stem and leaf of these plants. High in antioxidants, B-Vitamins, Phytonutrients (and Protein in the sunflower greens). Perfect for Salads, Stir Fry, Sandwiches, Smoothies and more.
Sungold Cherry Tomatoes (limited quantity) $5/pint Our first tomatoes of the year. Bright gold/yellow in color and incredibly sweet flavor, these cherry tomatoes are about the size of a nickle and are the perfect alternative to eating candy.
Poblano Peppers $1 each or 3 for $2. Large, dark green and ready to stuff!
Hungarian Wax Peppers 50¢ each or five for $2. Hot and Sweet. Good for stuffing, pickling or adding to other dishes
