After 40 years in business this shop is for sale.

I have decided to try to retire by spring 2020 and am looking for someone to take over a well organized functioning shop with a built in clientele.

The shop has been in this location for 20 years and has built 90 percent of the rental stock with high school and university rentals in mind.

The stock of 34 thousand pieces is individually numbered and inventoried in a Mac data base program.

Halloween merchandise will be liquidated this fall and if rentals not sold as a whole they will be sold in the spring of 2020.
