Greetings,

The weather is warm. The weather is cool. The weather is wet. The weather is dry. Welcome to spring in Northeast Ohio! Our mercurial season encourages us to discover our powers of resilience and adaptability, of renewal and regeneration. I'm pleased to invite you to two public sound events in May, one receptive and one interactive, that will explore these themes:

Spring Renewal Sound Bath Journey -- Sunday, May 17, 2:00-3:00 pm, at Healing with the Horses in Chesterland. $25.

Refresh your mind, body, and spirit at this spring-themed sound bath, centered on the theme of renewal and rebirth. In this receptive session, you will experience a variety of sound healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, flutes, drums, and gongs. Embark on a gentle journey of relaxation, healing, and growth through sound, breath work, and focused meditation.

To register, please email me at beth@differentdrum.net (to pay at the door) or via Square (to pay by credit card): https://checkout.square.site/merchant/MLXA8N49MH1GH/checkout/QMCTYTJQESE4DQFKP46O7SFB
