In honor Jackie Robinson Day on April 15, come enjoy a screening of the 1950 feature film The Jackie Robinson Story.
This film recounts Jackie’s life from childhood days to his football college career , his military service, his minor league career and through his 1949 season with the Brooklyn Dodgers.
The film stars Jackie Robinson as himself, Ruby Dee as Rachel Robinson and Minor Watson as Branch Rickey and a cast of other famous faces from the films of the time.
