2016 CPAC Creative Workforce Fellow Alison Garrigan, is pleased and proud to present a story for kids and adults, alike:
THE BOY WHO STOLE THE SUN
An Inuit Creation Story
Adapted and Developed by Alison Garrigan
In
the beginning, there was only night. The people knew no other way–they
saw by the stars and the beauty of the Northern Lights…but after a
visit from wise and wily Raven, a young boy becomes curious to see if
there is more. This is the story of how daylight came to the Inuit
people, told through story, dance, and traditional song.
