There are still a few spots left for the relaxing Sound Bath in Shaker Heights at Strive Mental Health and Wellness, on Monday, August 25, from 5:30-6:30 pm. You will be gently guided on a journey of relaxation, healing, and growth through sound, breath work, and focused meditation. Experience a variety of sound healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, drums, wooden and ceramic flutes, and the human voice.
