My New Philosophy

Why are you telling me?
My new philosophy.
The teacher gave a D on last week's homework.
She said Miss Sally Brown,
Your grades are going down.
I could have told her your new philosophy?

You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown

You're a good man, Charlie Brown.
You're a kind of reminder we need.
You have humility, nobility and a sense of honor that is very rare indeed (take top notes)
You're a good man, Charlie Brown.
And we know you will go very far.
Yes it's hard to believe, almost fright'ning to conceive, what a good man
you are.

Happiness

Happiness is learning to whistle, tying your shoe for the very first time.
Happiness is playin' the drum in your own school band.
And happiness is walking hand in hand.

About the show:

Charlie Brown struggles with confidence and self-assessment as he seeks the answers to universal questions through his often comical interactions with the Peanuts Gang.  Charles Schulz would be proud of this updated rendition of Clark Gesner’s 1967 script.
