MorrisonDance is seeking male and female dancers for their spring premiere of "archeTYPICAL" as a part of Cleveland Public Theatre's DanceWorks 2020, April 9-11. Performers will be paid a project stipend. College students will also be considered for a performance internship position with a stipend.

"archeTYPICAL" will be a collection of dances that explore myths and fables, and their role in the human Psyche. Psychologist Carl Jung interpreted archetypes to be universal "stories" that can explain the human mind and behavior. This company will explore the dream-like myths and fables from across the world in an evening of dance.

In line with MorrisonDance’s goal to synthesize a breadth of dance styles, auditioning performers may have experience in any movement style; however, training in ballet, modern, and/or jazz techniques is preferred.

Performers must be 18 or older and have reliable transportation and e-mail communication. An interest or experience in education is a plus.
