WordStage Literary Concerts presents:

At Wit’s End –  An Afternoon at the Algonquin Round Table
 The Rocky River Public Library invites you to attend this entertaining and informative performance being presented as part of their On Stage in River Series.  Join Actor/Readers Agnes Herrmann, Deborah Magid, Paul Slimak and Tim Tavcar and pianist Matt Skitski and violinist Mary Beth Ions for an evening of  the wit and wisdom of four prominent members of the famous (and infamous) Algonquin Hotel’s Round Table in 1920’s Manhattan – 

featuring acerbic conversation, razor sharp criticism, and scintillating short stories by Dorothy Parker, Edna Ferber, Robert Benchley and Alexander Woollcott, accompanied by  the music of Scott Joplin, George Gershwin and Jerome Kern.  

The performance takes place on Sunday, April 12th at 7:00pm at the Rocky River Senior Center Auditorium, in the Rocky River Municipal Complex, – 21014 Hilliard Blvd. at Wager Road.
