Beginner Youth Theatre Workshop

This workshop will be aimed at providing young people K-8 with the opportunity to explore an overview of the performing arts. Students will be introduced to essential performance skills, boost their confidence, and explore their creativity through the world of theatre. This workshop will be designed to create an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment where participants can learn the fundamentals of acting, stage presence, teamwork, and communication.

Advanced Scene Study and Acting Skills Workshop

This workshop is designed for older students 5th-12th grade who are ready to take their acting skills to the next level. Through a series of focused, hands-on activities, students will dive into the craft of acting, particularly through the lens of scene study. The workshop will provide a structured environment where students can refine their technique, enhance their emotional range, and develop a stronger understanding of character and storytelling.

Technical Theatre Workshop

This hands-on Technical Theatre Workshop is designed for students of all ages interested in exploring the essential behind-the-scenes skills that bring a live performance to life. Over the course of the workshop, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key elements of technical theatre, including lighting, sound, stage management, set design, costuming and set construction.

Musical Theatre Dance Workshop

This dynamic, two-day workshop is designed to immerse students ages K-12 in the vibrant world of musical theater dance. Students will explore key techniques, styles, and choreography that define musical theater dance. Students at all levels of dance beginner to advanced are encouraged to attend. Instructors will divide students into groups for different learning styles.

Summer Youth Theatre Camp

This program is designed for aspiring actors, singers, dancers, and creatives ages K-8 offering a fun and supportive environment to explore the performing arts, develop new skills, and gain confidence both on and off the stage.

Over the course of 3 weeks, participants will engage in a variety of hands-on activities, including acting workshops, vocal coaching, dance classes, and behind-the-scenes production work. Our experienced instructors, including visits from professional theatre guest artists and educators, will guide students through the creative process, from rehearsing scenes and monologues to developing original works and learning about technical theatre aspects like lighting, costumes, and stage management.

The program culminates in a final performance, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their talents to family and friends in a fully staged production. Whether they’re looking to pursue a career in the arts or simply explore their creativity, participants will leave with a sense of accomplishment, new friendships, and a deeper love for the theatre and acting, particularly through the lens of scene study.
