North Pointe Ballet (NPB) will present its annual production of The Nutcracker, the beloved holiday tradition, December 6th-8th (Berea-Midpark High School) & 13th-15th (Lorain Palace Theatre).

NPB’s production of The Nutcracker offers a captivating experience that sets it apart from traditional stagings:

  • Integrated verbal & sign language narration guides audience members through the story.
  • NPB’s Sensory-Friendly performances (12/7 & 12/14 @ 2pm) provide accommodations to reduce loud sounds and adjust dramatic lights, provide a space for taking a sensory break, and allow for a relaxed theater environment. Tickets to this performance are reduced to $10 plus fees.
  • All ticket prices are in an affordable range.
  • NPB is committed to showcasing artists of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Interactive opportunities exist for attendees to meet and take photos with ballerinas in the lobby.

NPB Guest Artist Craig Sams III shares, “I’ve been performing with North Pointe Ballet for approximately three years now. I have never felt like my disability was a disadvantage within the company. One thing I appreciate most about North Pointe Ballet is that the company is all-inclusive: everyone gets a shot. Everyone has a chance, and everyone is equal.”

NPB’s performances will be held at the Berea-MidPark High School Performing Arts Center, 165 E Bagley Road, Berea, OH, December 6-8. For showtimes, visit northpointeballet.org/nutcracker.
