Fairmount Center for the Arts announces auditions for the Youth Theatre Lab's (YTL) - Aladdin production
Practice begins Saturday, February 18 and runs through May 6, 2017 from 9:30-12:30pm.
Students will learn techniques in acting, voice and dance, while participating in a musical production of Aladdin. This fun and exciting show is about a present day Aladdin, who encounters an old lamp containing a comical Genie, who wants to be free of the lamp. In order to accomplish this, they must go back in time to ancient Baghdad, where they encounter a beautiful princess, a sultan and the evil Grand Wazir. The results are exciting and hilarious. All students should bring a snack, a binder and pencil to all rehearsals. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Class size maximum 30 students. $320 tuition
