East Cleveland Theater is hosting auditions for “The Old Setter”, written by John Henry Redwood.

Synopsis:
“The Old Settler” revolves around Elizabeth, an older women, who finds both excitement and trouble when both her older sister and a young man move in. The play takes place in the 1940s.
Available Roles:
(Ages listed are somewhat flexible.)
Husband Witherspoon: Black man, late 20s or 30s
From North Carolina, Husband is in NYC to retrieve his girlfriend and take her back home. He is relatively naïve about life.

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals will begin the week of May 05, 2019. Exact dates have not been determined. We typically have rehearsals Sundays thru Thursdays (5 days / week), but again that is not yet set in stone. If you are concerned about dates and timeframes, please contact us and tell us your limitations.
