Behind-the-Scenes: The Accidental President

Lyndon Baines Johnson was one of the most astute, effective, and perplexing politicians in modern American history. Determined to “out Kennedy the Kennedys,” LBJ pushed through historic social legislation on a scale that rivaled FDR’s New Deal. Join Cleveland-based author and presidential historian Jim Robenalt to explore the Civil Rights Movement, Cleveland, and the unrest that eventually drove LBJ from his office.
