It’s finally time to get out and play again. Mapleside Farms 2021 fall season is upon us.

We're looking for fun, outgoing actors with great personalities to round out our fall season of interactive roaming characters.  This is your chance to BREAK the 4^th wall and exercise your improv skills.

Three (3) shifts available – Fridays 5pm-9pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9:30am – 2:30pm and 12:30pm – 5:30pm.  And you can work full day shifts if you like.  Competitive pay with a BONUS if you commit and fulfill the entire schedule for the entire season.  And a higher rate if you provide your own “approved” costume. Cosplayers: Active!

American Legends (Johnny Appleseed weekend)

September 24^th 4pm-9pm, 25^th & 26^th, 9:30a-2:30p and 12:30p-5:30p

Paul Bunyan(Big man with a beard), Mark Twain, Huckleberry Finn, John Henry (Muscular African American), Astronaut John Glenn or Neil Armstrong (any age just have crew cut hair style), Evel Knievel (w/motorcycle), Casey Jones (train engineer) Abraham Lincoln, Davy Crockett, Pocahontas, Amelia Earhart, Betsy Ross, Marilyn Monroe, Annie Oakley.  And if you portray an American Legend that’s not listed, please let us know.

Pumpkin Fairies?  4 legged still walker fairies?

 Wild, Wild West –

October 22^nd, 4pm-9pm, 23^rd & 24^th, 9:30a-2:30p and 12:30p-5:30p

Billy The Kid, Wyatt Earp, Belle Star, Annie Oakley, Calamity Jane, Pearl Hart, Miss Honey Crisp - The following will do some stunt fighting.  Experience is helpful, but strong athletic ability considered (must be available for stunt fight training 4 wks prior) - Jesse James, Ike Clanton, Marshall Staymen Winesap, Whip Crackin’ Paula Red, Deputy Mitsu Applecore (physical comedy).

Video Auditions - IF YOU DARE (and I hope you do) because it’s the 21^st Century and everybody has a phone.  You don’t need perfect lighting or perfect audio I just need to see you and hear you.  Please submit pictures and resume and (hopefully) a video audition of your favorite (or improv’d) brief monologue to Martin Carlton stuntcatprod@gmail.com.

All performers should be 18 and over but would consider 16 & 17 years with either a work permit or proper written permission.

PLEASE mention ALL the characters you’re interested in.  Eg; Anne Bonny could then be Betsy Ross, who could then be Bat Girl and then Calamity Jane.
