Embrace the spirit of community and join us for this intimate storytelling event.
Full Circle Storytelling revolves around the belief that everyone has a story, and those stories are worth telling. Attendees can sign up to tell a true story inspired (or not!) by the evening’s prompt or participate by simply listening.
All are welcome, no experience necessary.
Since this FREE event takes place at a library and is open to people of all ages, language and content of stories should be no stronger than PG-13. (Basically: nothing your mama wouldn’t want to hear.) There’s no minimum length for stories
and they can range from heart wrenching to hysterical – and anything in-between!
THE EVENING’S PROMPT: Beneath the Mask
FEATURED STORYTELLERS: Althea Jones and Cristina González Alcalá
DATE & TIME: October 16, 2025 at 6:30 PM
LOCATION: Goodyear Branch Library (60 Goodyear Blvd in Akron, OH)
EVENT HASHTAG: #FullCircleStories
MISSION: Storytelling is more than just entertainment—it’s a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. By sharing true experiences, participants place themselves at the heart of their own journeys. These narratives nurture understanding
and connection across diverse perspectives, building bridges- not walls- within our community.
