Greetings!
Shake off the winter doldrums with music to help lift your spirits and achieve your goals!
I'm offering two Restorative Sound Bath Journeys in February. Experience a variety of sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, wooden and ceramic flutes, and the human voice. I have carefully curated a set of singing bowls pitched at lower frequencies, in order to activate theta and delta brainwaves involved in deep relaxation. You will be gently guided on a journey of relaxation, healing, and growth through sound, breath work, and focused meditation. You may wish to bring a yoga mat, head support, and/or eye mask. Chairs will also be available.
Sound Bath Journey at JWell in Pepper Pike, Feb. 5, 7 pm: $10 per person. Advanced registration required for this event. Please click here:

If you or someone you know is living with the effects of a stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other neurological condition, Music for Daily Living is a new group program utilizing the latest Neurologic Music Therapy techniques to help people improve or maintain physical, speech, cognitive, and social skills. The group meets twice per month on Thursday mornings at B'nai Jeshurun Congregation, and is made possible through the generous support of JWell. There are still some spots left -- email me to start the registration process. Full program description and session schedule may be found here: Music for Daily Living: https://www.differentdrum.net/index.php#events
