Join us starting August 6^th for the Detroit Shoreway Youth Chorus! This chorus is an out-of-school time program for youth ages 8 – 14. It will focus on teaching healthy vocal techniques, and also integrate music literacy, movement, and percussion. Kids will sing new music as well as traditional with a fresh, Near West Theatre approach! Rehearsals will meet twice a week: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4 - 5:30pm. As with all NWT programs, participation in the Detroit Shoreway Youth Chorus is free.
