The 13th (oooh - scary) year of the Horror Hotel Film Festival will be held from Thursday June 20 - Sunday June 23 at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel in Cleveland Ohio. Johnny
K. Wu, known for his martial arts, fan films and big screen movies, is one of the new owners of the Festival and told us some of the plans. Though it is called "Horror" there will also be films in the Action, Sci-Fi and Fantasy genres.
Over 230 films were submitted and the best 100 will be screened over the weekend. In addition industry leaders in film making, distribution, casting and so on will give lectures
and be available to meet and interact with. For the fan, there will be a convention area with vendors selling their Horror and other souvenirs and memorabilia.
There will be two fun contests on Saturday evening. One is the Horror film makeup contest and the other will crown the Scream Queen and Scream King from participants who react
