BROADVIEW HEIGHTS SPOTLIGHTS THEATER
PRESENTS THE WW II DRAMA
"CRY HAVOC"

Just in time for Veteran’s Day, Cry Havoc (a WW II drama) features an all-female cast.  It is the story of nurses on Bataan during World War II. In a sort of dugout subjected to gunfire, the individual characters emerge to offer a collective reaction to war. These include the strong minded doctor, her restrained and poised assistant and the volunteer nurses: a vacuous Southern girl, a swaggering bully, a couple of timid aesthetes, an ex-burlesque girl and the inevitable spy. This is a compelling, caustic revelation of human beings under fire.

Presented by the Broadview Heights Spotlights Community Theater, the show runs from November 6 - 21, 2015.  Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30PM; a Sunday matinee on November 15 begins at 3:00PM.  Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $11.00 for students and seniors.  Online ticket purchases can be made through the Spotlights' website: www.broadview-heights-spotlights.org

The show is directed by Ryan Bergeron. The cast includes Sally Suren, Jenilee Taylor, Tara Corkery, Keleigh Rae Bowling, Erica Leibold, Elizabeth Allard, Jackie Phelps, Lexi Frendak, Sarah Price, MaryBeth Hobson, Kayleigh Joyce, and Kathleen Stewart.

All shows will be at the Broadview Heights Cultural Arts Building, home of the Spotlights Theater,  9543 Broadview Road, 44147, on the Broadview Center campus (next to the police station).  For group rates and other information, call 440/526-4404.
