Ohio Star Theatre in Sugarcreek, Ohio is presenting our first original musical this year with The Road to Damascus: A Musical Journey Through the Book of Acts. 

ABOUT THE MUSICAL: Through powerful music and moving storytelling, The Road To Damascus tells the transformative story of Saul, later known as Paul, whose journey from a zealous persecutor of Christians to a devoted follower of Christ offers a powerful narrative of redemption, faith, and inner conflict.

If selected, you'll have the opportunity for an in-person callback at the Ohio Star Theater. This callback will take place on Sunday, February 2nd, 1-4pm. (Video callbacks will be available for people who cannot make it to Ohio Star)

AUDITION DETAILS:

• Submit the Online Audition Form (linked on our website)

• Film an up-to-2-minute video with any combination songs, monologues, or other performance work you’d like to show us.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Salaries are $400 per week.

• Rehearsals begin on March 31st, 2025 and will take place during daytime hours.

• The Road to Damascus opens for 135 performances on May 14, 2025.

• Closes on November 9, 2024.

• Up to 6 shows per week. 

• Sundays and most Mondays off during performances.

• Housing provided if you travel over 60 miles.
