Now in our sixth year, The Young Filmmakers Academy Summer Filmmaking Workshop is an authentic movie making experience where students write, produce and edit a real film from start to finish with the help of award winning (Oscar Nominated, Emmy Winning) industry professionals and mentors who have worked on films like The Avengers, The Fast & The Furious and Captain America. 

This camp is not about sitting in a classroom watching a Powerpoint. This camp is about MAKING A MOVIE! Then once the movie is complete, celebrate with us at a Red Carpet Premiere, where their film will be seen by a packed house of filmmakers, media, fans, friends and family complete with paparazzi and a Q&A.

Films made by our students are receiving international recognition and awards at film festivals all over the world. The Boston International Kids Film Festival, The Ohio State University Ohio Shorts Festival and Toronto International Women's Film Festival to name a few.
