The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival opens its 21st season of FREE outdoor theater with the seldom seen TROILUS AND CRESSIDA
The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival celebrates its 21st season of presenting FREE “Shakespeare in the Park” in public spaces all over Northeast Ohio!
In Troilus and Cressida (adapted and directed by David Hansen): Romance is dangerous in a time of war. The young soldier Troilus and his beloved Cressida are driven apart by forces beyond their control, and vengeance can raise its head from the most surprising of corners. A timeless and troubling tale, told with wit, pathos, and style.
Troilus and Cressida opens Friday, June 15 at PEACE Park in the Coventry neighborhood of Cleveland Heights and will spend three weekends touring outdoor venues around Northeast Ohio:
