Here's a helpful tip from Neopal Administration:

I've gotten several emails lately (and I've gotten them in the past, as well) from subscribers wanting to respond to a post, but not being able to find any contact information. Don't assume that your email address will automatically show up as the address of origin. It often doesn't, especially in the digest version (which is how over half the list elects to receive posts).

After it's posted we (the admins) can't really see the address either. Really, it's up to you - the poster - to include all of the pertinent information, including and  especially contact information, in the body of the email. Without contact info, I guarantee you will not get as good a response as you want, or as you should.
