Stow Players announces auditions for “The Spitfire Grill,” a musical drama, November 19 & 20, from 7 – 9 pm at the Heritage Barn in Stow’s Silver Springs Park (Young Rd. entrance).

Cast requirements: 3 men; 4 women

Percy Talbott – 20s

Hannah Ferguson – 60s-70s

Shelby Thorpe – 30s

Caleb Thorpe – 40s

Sheriff Joe Sutter – 20s- 30s

Effy Krayneck – 50s

The Visitor – 40s

All ages are suggested by the script and not necessarily written in stone.

All audtioners will read from the script. They should prepare a song in the vein of the show, but NOT a song from the show itself.  Bring music, an accompanist will be provided. (No “Happy Birthday” or “Star Spangled Banner” or the like.)

Performance dates: January 26 through February 11, 2018 (weekends only)
