These auditions are open to everyone (students, alum, faculty, staff, and every actor in the area!)

This hilarious comedy shows the satiric happenings in a large bureaucracy when the assistant director makes a power play against the director by introducing a new memo language—the made up gibberish known as Ptydepe! Think The Office meets Terry Gilliam’s Brazil! 

This show needs a true ensemble with speaking roles for 12 actors--in this production casting will be without regards to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, race. 

Please advise of any necessary accommodations and we will happily coordinate appropriately. 

Audition dates: August 23 & 24 at 4pm (or by appointment—do not hesitate to contact us)

Location: the Arts Center on the Campus of Lake Erie College (on Gillett Street in Painesville)

Auditions will consist of improv games plus cold readings from relevant scenes
