Artfully blending lessons from the gospels with an unforgettable soundtrack of pop-inspired songs, it’s no surprise Godspell is still a favorite of theatres and audiences alike all over the world. The parables of the Good Samaritan, The Prodigal Son and a score of others are communicated through mime, clowning and vaudeville-style entertainment while the life of Jesus is played out against renowned hits like “All for the Best,” “By My Side” and “Day by Day.” With its combination of wisdom, humor and energetic music, Godspell is truly a treat for all ages!
