For some good Halloween fun, come to the infamous 1938 Orson Welles radio play The War of the Worlds. Complete with music and sound effects, we are producing a very faithful recreation of this legendary bit of broadcasting history.

After the 1 hour radio play and a brief intermission, we will be presenting a new one-act play regarding the recent research that vaporizes everything you think you knew about the “nationwide panic“ - as if it were the victim of a Martian heat ray!

Our producer, Makeshift Theatre has grant money available, so the tickets are only five dollars apiece. What a bargain! The most famous play of 1938 - at 1938 prices.

It’s a great way to kick off the Halloween season.2PM Matinees Saturday and Sunday for the next two weekends. 833 Carroll St. in Akron.
