ABOUT THE PRODUCTION
Kringle’s Inventionasium is a fully immersive theater experience.
Audiences are invited to Mr. Kringle’s top secret toy lab to help create toys and prepare for the holiday season. Mayhem ensues as guests assist Kringle’s kooky inventing team, and eventually everyone meets with Mr. Kringle for photos and a personal visit! (CLICK HERE to learn more)
ROLES & COMPENSATION
YOU could be one of Mr. Kringle's magic makers!
These roles offer performers the unique opportunity to experience intensive ensemble and improvisational training to develop, inhabit and live out characters inside a 7,500 sq. ft. fantasy world. Become an unforgettable part of the holiday season for thousands of audience members! All performances take place at the Inventionasium inside Tower City Center in downtown Cleveland.
ROLES open to AGES 17+. Positions are Non-Equity. Flexible scheduling.
COMPENSATION: All performers receive hourly compensation for rehearsals, previews & performances.
ACTOR PAY for performances is $16-20/hr based on availability and experience.
MASCOT PAY for performances is $20/hr.
PAY for rehearsals and previews is $10/hr

CHARACTER ACTORS: Read the provided monologue as a character of your choice, and demonstrate, in under 1 minute, how to do an everyday task as another character of your choice. Optional: If you are experienced in any specific accents or character voices, please send us an additional 1 minute video of you demonstrating the voices and accents that you feel most comfortable doing.
MASCOT APPLICANTS: Upload a video and submit a one-minute Non-verbal audition. Please demonstrate an exaggerated version of an everyday normal function and utilize physicality, movement, or dance.
We will be accepting video auditions until November 1st.

REHEARSALS AND PREVIEWS
Rehearsals will begin on Monday November 3rd at Kringle’s Inventionasium in Tower City, downtown Cleveland. There will be an 8 day rehearsal process, Monday through Thursday 4pm-10pm.
There will be two previews on the evenings of November 18th, and November 20th.
