POSITION: House Manager

LOCATION: French Creek Theatre

RATE OF PAY: $11 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Orientates volunteer ushers, concession stand workers, ticket takers, et al; attentively and politely responds to special patron needs or concerns; communicates with stage manager regarding house opening, show start time, etc; communicates with box office staff regarding outstanding tickets, no-shows, etc.; resolves seating disputes or mix-ups; courteously handles late arrivals; monitors the house closely during the show and is ready to respond to medical or other emergencies; warmly greets and answers guest questions or comments during pre-show, intermission and post-show.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or greater
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check

HOURS: This is a part-time WEEKEND EVENING/AFTERNOON position, with the possibility of extended weekday hours for the right candidate. The remaining schedule of FCT’s 19/20 season is listed below. Please do not respond unless you are available for at least 75% of the remaining season schedule.

Friday & Saturday evenings @ 7:30PM

Sunday matinees @ 3:00PM
