Akron's Coach House Theatre is proud to present Of Mice and Men, playing March 16 to April 9, 2017. In this moving American classic by John Steinbeck, two drifters work as ranch hands during the Great Depression, and despite their best efforts, are unable to escape the cruelties of the world.
Of Mice and Men is directed by FRED STERNFELD, an award-winning area director who previously helmed the hit Agatha Christie puzzler Towards Zero at Coach House in 2015. Mr. Sternfeld, who is widely represented in Northeast Ohio through diverse projects, previously served as Artistic Director at Beck Center for the Arts, and the Seattle, Dallas and Cleveland Jewish Community Centers.
The show stars Coach House veterans JOE PINE as George and DERRICK WINGER as Lenny. Also featured in the cast are DEAN COUTRIS, LOU WILL, CHRIS BIZUB, TESS BURGLER, JIM FIPPIN, LUTHER PETE ROBINSON, JERIMIE NEWCOMB and ROLLIN MICHAEL.
