We are looking for a man and a woman, 20's-30’s, for this hilarious story. One of the most popular romantic comedies of the century, "Same Time, Next Year" ran four years on Broadway, winning a Tony® Award for lead actress Ellen Burstyn, who later recreated her role in the successful motion picture. It remains one of the world’s most widely produced plays. The plot follows a love affair between two people, Doris and George, married to others, who rendezvous once a year. Twenty-five years of manners and morals are hilariously and touchingly played out by the lovers.

Open auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.

Show Dates: May 6 - 29, 2022 Performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm .

Please bring a resume and headshot, if available. If you don't have a headshot, Clague will take one at auditions. Please complete our online Audition Form. When completed, please print and bring with you to the audition.

For the safety of all involved, those wishing to audition must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. No appointment is necessary. Auditions will be held at Clague Playhouse, 1371 Clague Road, Westlake.
