Cleveland Play House Partners with Northeast Ohio SPCA as Part of CWRU/CPH MFA Acting Program Production of The Two Gentlemen of Verona

The Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House (CWRU/CPH) MFA Acting Program Class of 2016 takes their final bow in Shakespeare’s rollicking comedy The Two Gentlemen of Verona. When two young men fall in love with the same woman, their lifelong friendship hangs in the balance. Along the way, you’ll meet idiosyncratic servants, a runaway woman disguised as a man, domineering fathers, outlaws, and theatre’s most famous—and disobedient—dog.

Thanks to The Northeast Ohio SPCA, The Two Gentlemen of Verona features Queenie in the role of Crab the Dog. If you're looking for a furry co-star of your own, The Northeast Ohio SPCA would be happy to help! Cleveland Play House will be accepting donations of both new and gently used toys, apparel, food, and accessories for dogs and cats in the lobby of The Helen Theatre. All donated items go to The Northeast Ohio SPCA to put a big panting grin on some furry faces in need!
