The Indie Gathering International Film Festival is coming up August 10th through 13th at The Clarion Inn & Conference Center in Hudson, OH. One aspect of the event is the live competition for FX makeup artists on Saturday and Sunday. It is free to compete - you just need to sign up in advance to ensure there is still a spot available for you. Whether you are a beginner or established artist, this competition is a great way to show off your skills and network your services to filmmakers from around the world.
