Creative Studio Space Available for Rent

The Houde School of Acting is opening its beautiful studio space to fellow creatives looking for a welcoming, professional place to work.

Located in the well-maintained Bloch Building on E. Superior Ave. in downtown Cleveland, our space is thoughtfully designed, versatile, and ideal for a variety of creative uses. While we currently offer 26 classes per week, the majority of our programming is online—leaving the studio available during the day and on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. The only exceptions being during special workshops, shows, or our annual Summit in August.

This space is especially well-suited for:

• Filmmakers (with 3–6 easily adaptable set areas)
• Photographers
• Independent yoga or meditation instructors
• Creative professionals seeking a consistent, inspiring workspace

We’re excited to share our space with individuals or small groups who value clear communication, mutual respect, and a collaborative creative environment.
