AUDITIONS:
CLEVELAND PLAY HOUSE HOLDING EQUITY PRINCIPAL AUDITIONS (EPAs) FOR 2019-20 SEASON
CPH is holding Equity Principal Auditions (EPAs) for
the coming 2019-20 season. These auditions are for local Equity actors only, and by appointment only. (Please note that AEA defines local as actors with housing available within a
50-mile radius of the theatre).

PREPARATION:
Please prepare two contrasting monologues of
no more than 90 seconds each. If you wish, you may also sing 16 bars of a song of your choice. An accompanist will not be provided, but you are welcome to sing a capella and/or accompany yourself.
If you plan to sing at your audition, please mention so in your appointment request e-mail.
You will be auditioning for Laura Kepley, Artistic Director of Cleveland Play House. Please bring
one copy of your most current headshot and resume.

EMC/NON-UNION
LOCAL AUDITIONS:
Season auditions for
EMC/non-union actors will be held within the same dates and times as described above, based on availability. EMC/Non-union actors should follow the same appointment reservation steps outlined above in order to reserve a spot on the
waiting list. Once available, EMC/non-union appointments will be be scheduled based on availability around AEA appointments and filled in the order of the waitlist.
Auditions for non-union children for CPH’s production of
A Christmas Story will be held in August/September 2019.
