Electrician

The Cleveland Play House (LORT B), the oldest continuously operating regional theatre in America, is accepting applications for an Electrician.  The Electrician reports to the Production Electrician and the Master Electrician. Responsibilities include operating lighting console in the Outcalt Theatre during performances and techs, helping to hang, focus and strike lighting instruments for all CPH shows and maintenance of lighting equipment. Qualified candidates should have 2-3 years professional theatrical lighting experience.  Experience with ETC EOS 4000 Lighting console and Strand CD80SV.  Experience troubleshooting and fixing DMX controlled accessories and instruments necessary. Position is full time, seasonal and requires employee to join the local IATSE stagehands union upon acceptance of the position. The contract for this position is to August 27, 2018 to June 2, 2019.
