Jean
is a 30-year veteran performer in TV, Film, Theater, Radio, Dance,
Improv and Corporate Communications in the U.S., England, Wales and
Italy. She is also a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic
Arts and the Stella Adler Conservatory. Jean has appeared in feature
films and television shows opposite Jake
Gyllenhaal, Taryn Manning, Hank Azaria, Seth Rogen, Joe Pesci, Stanley Tucci,
Mercedes Ruehl, James Coburn,
Clint
Howard, Lynn Cohen and Jon Dore. TV
Credits include
Devious
Maids, Detroit 187, Candid Camera, America's Funniest People
and dozens of commercials. Jean has appeared in 5 Off Broadway
productions and locally at The Cleveland Play House, GLTF, Cleveland
Public Theater, Playhouse Square, Actors’ Summit, Dobama, CPT,
Ensemble and Berea Summer Theatre. She also appeared in Menopause: The
Musical for
2 years, nationwide.
Jean currently appears as Marybeth, a recurring
character in the new TV series OUTSIDERS, which premiered January 26,
2016 on WGN America and she appears as The Psychic, opposite Lynn Cohen (Sex In The
City, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) in the feature film The Pickle Recipe. Jean also appears as Pam in the feature film Looking For The Jackalope. You can also see Jean as a principal actor in the opening of the current SAMSUNG Commercial featuring LeBron James.
She is the proud owner of Lipschtick, a company that customizes comedy, musical comedy, improvisational comedy shows and Laugh & Learn Workshops for hundreds of corporations and associations, nationwide. She also owns and operates Find Your Voice-Voice Acting Institute and has been recognized by The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Scene Magazine, Free Times, Cleveland Magazine, Crain's Cleveland, Sun Newspapers, Cleveland City Music and twice by theater critic, Roy Berko, for her achievements as an actor and owner of Lipschtick. She is a published author as well as a proud and grateful member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity Association.
These 10 week classes are one on one, at a days & times that are mutually convenient, in Lakewood, Ohio,
and include a 4 hour marketing seminar with other privately instructed students.
