Cleveland Play House, recipient of the 2015 Regional Theatre Tony Award and America’s first professional regional theatre is now accepting applications for Teaching Artists. Teaching Artists will work directly with Cleveland Play House’s Education staff to create and implement lessons for a variety of programs throughout the season. This is a part-time, hourly position. Teaching Artists will be trained and called as opportunities arise.

Candidates should:

• Have a background in theatre and/or education
• Love working with students and teachers
• Be organized
• Be task-oriented
• Be self-motivated
• Have a willingness to work on a fun and productive team
• Be able to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds
• Be able to pass a federal background check
