This class will cover: 1) Yoga to support a dancer's physical longevity - how the practice can help you maintain a healthy body to have a long, happy life of dance. 2) Yoga to support a dancer's creativity - how the practice can help you cultivate your creativity in choreography 3) Yoga to support a dancer's artistry - how the practice can be beneficial to your artistry in the studio and on stage. 4) Yoga to support a dancer's mental health - how the practice can support you in developing a positive mental outlook, maintaining your mental health, as well as your mental endurance when rehearsing and auditioning.
