Seeking actors for two staged readings of

The Bloodless Jungle

An exciting new political drama written by

Peter Lawson Jones

and directed by Karamu’s highly acclaimed Artistic Director

Terrence Spivey

Actors are being sought to play the roles of

Ethan St. John: (Lead)

African-American lawyer, politician and former college athlete. In his thirties.

Tio Villaneuva: (Supporting)

Puerto Rican campaign worker. In his twenties.

The staged readings will be performed Saturday, March 12th and Saturday, April 16th in the Cleveland area

A stipend will be provided for each performance.

Those auditioning should come prepared to deliver two contrasting monologues,

each approximately one minute in length.
