BorderLight Theatre Festival - Producer (Part-Time, Year-Round with Seasonal Variation)

BorderLight Theatre Festival is seeking a highly organized and motivated theatre professional to help produce the annual BorderLight Fringe Festival. The Producer serves as the primary liaison for participating artists, coordinates logistics from pre-planning through festival completion, and represents the festival publicly.

This is a part-time, year-round position (approximately 20–25 hours per week on average), with hours increasing seasonally leading up to and during the July festival. Compensation is $23,000–$25,000 annually, paid monthly, depending on experience.
