  1. Open Gmail on a computer.
  2. Click the Settings gear icon > See all settings.
  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Click Create a new filter.
  5. In the "From" field, enter the sender's email address or domain (e.g., sender@example.com or *example.com).
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. In the next window check the box for "Never send to Spam" and click Create Filter again.
If Google hosts your business email address, this also applies.
