Brandon Chrostowski believes every person, regardless of their past, has the right to a fair and equal future. EDWINS provides those re-entering society after incarceration with a skill set in the culinary arts and hospitality industry, enabling them to find employment and lead a fulfilling and productive life.

Chrostowski has worked with renowned chefs in some of the most prestigious national and international restaurants.For five years he general manager, fromager and sommelier at L'Albatros Brasserie in University Circle, before founding EDWINS in 2007.
