The One of a KIND theater company, formerly known as the Beachwood Community Theater (with 42 years of set building experience), has a variety of sets available for rent.

Over the years, we've constructed numerous full sets, along with various pieces and parts, all of which are currently stored in a warehouse. These sets are eager to return to the stage!
