Attention Dancers!

BarreFit is coming to Wooster, Ohio and we have instructor openings! Our boutique barre fitness studio is opening this spring in the Liberty Street Marketplace in downtown Wooster.

BarreFit features ballet inspired workouts that are set to motivating, booty shaking music! Our one hour, full-body workout combines isometric ballet movements, yoga, pilates, and functional training for a low-impact, high-results class. In just one hour, you will work all of those tough areas: arms, abs, booty, hips, and thighs! BarreFit workouts utilize a ballet barre, light free weights, a core ball, and weighted toning ball. Each strengthening segment is followed by stretching, helping to avoid that "bulky" look and instead creating a body that is long, strong, and lean.

BarreFit can improve your mental health as well! The focus you will find at BarreFit will help you to "check your life at the door," giving you the mental benefits similarly obtained by practicing yoga or meditation. You'll have a transformed body and clear mind in just one hour--talk about the best of both worlds!

Essential Responsibilities
Plan and teach new classes on each day of your schedule
Build client relationships through outstanding customer service experience at every client encounter
Provide information to clients regarding class packages, memberships and the barre technique
Arrange for purchases
Tidying the studio between the classes on your shift

Qualifications for Consideration
Active lifestyle; already living and breathing a healthy centered life both physically and mentally
A background in dance, cheerleading and/or fitness
Positive and welcoming attitude
A connector - willing to strike up a conversation with everyone and anyone
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Commitment to company values, culture
College diploma (preferred)

Considerations for the Ideal Candidate
March 28th-soft opening and grand opening June 9th!
Availability to commit to teaching 3-4 classes per week (usually two in a day)
Must complete Barre Instructor Certification
