How to Sign Up:
Auditions will be held at the Actors’ Summit theater on Tuesday; August 4th; from 6:30 until 9:00 p.m. Auditions are by appointment ONLY.

Those requesting an audition must include full name, phone number and email in order to secure an audition time slot.

Quilters 10/8-11/1 Rehearsals begin Sept. 7th; 2015
Guys on Ice 11/25-12/22 Rehearsals begin Oct 25, 2015
Same Time Next Year 1/21-2/7 Rehearsals begin Dec 15, 2015
Chapatti 2/25-3/13 Rehearsals begin Jan 25, 2016
Talley’s Folly 4/14-5/1 Rehearsals begin Mar. 15, 2016
Tintypes 5/19-6/19 Rehearsals begin April 10, 2016
Details:
All performances are Thursday, Friday and Sat evenings at 8 PM; Sundays at 2 PM.
Not all roles are available as some have been precast with members of our acting company. Same Time Next Year and Guys On Ice have been cast. Additional information on the plays is available on the theater’s web site, www.actorssummit.org.
Auditions are open to all Equity and non-Equity professionals. Actors are asked to come prepared with 3 copies of their headshot stapled to their performance resume. Actors under 18 will NOT be auditioned.
All performers at Actors’ Summit are compensated. Non-Equity performers are paid on a per performance basis.
Actors’ Summit is committed to Non-Traditional Casting. Except in cases where race, gender, age, or disability is essential to the play, all roles will be cast on the basis of talent.
Each actor will have one and a half minutes for their memorized presentation. A single contemporary comedic monologue is requested.
For auditions slots for our musicals please bring your pre-recorded accompaniment on your I-Phone or MP-3 player in the original show key.
We will have speakers available for your IPhone or MP-3 player.
Auditions will take place at the theater: Greystone Hall, 103 S High St, 6th Floor, Akron, OH 44308. Free parking is available. No phone calls will be accepted.
This is the only time Actors’ Summit has scheduled for open auditions for the 2015 - 2016 season.
Auditioners who cannot attend, are encouraged to submit headshots and resumes to alexanderm@actorssummit.org.
Actors' Summit is also accepting resumes via email for (paid) stage management positions.
