I hope you will join me on Monday, October 27, from 7:00-8:15 p.m. at Stella Luna Counseling and Wellness Center in Middleburg Heights for Soundscapes II: An Interactive Sound Healing Workshop.  Explore the healing and liberating effects of drums, gongs, flutes, singing bowls, and more, in a safe, nurturing environment. Active music making is a powerful tool for stress and anxiety reduction, mood enhancement, and generating a sense of community among participants. No experience necessary.
