East Cleveland presents ...

The Fall of the House of Usher

by Gip Hoppe, from the short story of Edgar Allan Poe, is a psychological gothic melodrama that takes place during the last days of the Usher Family, where even the house is alive.

Michael A Lenzo, Director & Technical Designer

We are seeking 2 male actors:

Roderick Usher, male, 40’s to 50’s, childhood friend of Ed Allen, whom he hasn’t seen in years.  Roderick is a main character that has not been out of the Usher’s family home in almost 30 years.  Definitely a great role.

Ed Allen, male, 40’s to 50’s, childhood friend of Roderick Usher, whom he hasn’t seen in years.  Ed is a main character that undergoes a transformation during the show from sane to … let’s just say not sane.  A meaty role for the right actor.
