We have some great full time technical positions (and a few part time ones) open at Rock The House. We love being a part of the arts family here in Cleveland and always try to hire from within when we can.

Open positions include:
- Project Manager (1 Open Position)
- Lighting Department Specialist (1 Open Position)
- Video Department Specialist (1 Open Position)
- Full Time Technician (3 Open Positions)
For most of these positions skills and knowledge requirements are:
- 3 - 5+ years experience in the Audio / Visual / Lighting industry
- Creative and one that wants to build and create.
- Degree in technical theatre or touring production preferred
- Knowledge in the main disciplines we focus on: Audio, Video, Lighting, Staging
- Demonstrate high-energy, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
- Proactive, self-starting, tenacious work habits and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to lead, delegate, and relate to staff members of varying skill sets
- Ability to multi-task, meet cascading deadlines, and be organized
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
